Fair Binder

Market terms

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. What the market is

Fair Binder is a board for collectors. We are not a party to the deal, we hold no money and ship no cards. The deal is between the buyer and the seller.

2. What you list

List only cards that are really yours, with real photos from the app’s live scan. No fakes, copies or proxy cards presented as originals.

3. Price and condition

The price, condition and description are the seller’s responsibility. The fair-price meter is an estimate from market prices, not a promise by anyone.

4. Meeting and paying

Meet in a public place and check the card before paying. The code shown at the meetup only confirms that the handover happened.

5. Not allowed

No harassment, fraud, offensive content or payment demands outside what was agreed, and no contact details or links to get around the chat, also after a deal is agreed.

6. Reporting and blocking

You can report a listing, a message or a user, and block a user. We act on reports within 24 hours and may hide content and ban accounts. A listing reported by several people is hidden until we review it.

7. Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to the service itself. The buyer and the seller are responsible for the deal, the card and the payment.

8. Age and account

The market is for ages 13 and up; under 18 needs a parent’s permission. You can delete your account any time inside the app: Market → Account → Delete account.

9. Privacy

What the market keeps and why: the privacy policy, section 4.
